Terms and Conditions of Psychological Services<\/b><\/h3>

I. General Provisions<\/b><\/h4>
  1. This regulation serves as a model agreement between the Service Provider and the Client, unless the parties agree in writing to modify certain provisions.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Any statements submitted by the parties should be in a form that ensures they can be properly reviewed (e.g., email, online messenger), unless the parties decide otherwise.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Only individuals with full legal capacity are eligible to use the psychological services.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
    II. Definitions\u00a0<\/b><\/h6>

    Where the regulations refer to<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>

    1. Email address \u2013 the electronic mail address given by the Client in the registration form for communication between the Client and the Service Provider.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Form \u2013 means the registration form required for the Client to access the services and psychological support safely and correctly.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Client \u2013 refers to any individual, legal entity, or organizational unit recognized by law as having legal capacity, who uses the services offered by the Service Provider.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Psychological Contract \u2013 means an agreement for the provision of psychological services concluded between the Client and the Service Provider.<\/span><\/li>
    5. Psychologist \u2013 refers to an individual qualified to practice the profession of psychologist, holding a master\u2019s degree in psychology.<\/span><\/li>
    6. Regulations \u2013 refers to the Regulations for the Provision of Psychological Services as of October 3, 2025.<\/span><\/li>
    7. Service \u2013 refers to the website https:\/\/psycholog-paturalski.com.<\/span><\/li>
    8. Service \u2013 refers to any services provided by the Service Provider within the Website, which do not constitute a Psychological Service.<\/span><\/li>
    9. Psychological Service \u2013 refers to psychological services provided by the Service Provider within the Website, subject to the principles of the Polish Code of Professional Ethics for Psychologists.<\/span><\/li>
    10. Service Provider \u2013 refers to the entity providing the Services and Psychological Services in accordance with the applicable Polish and German law.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      III. Services<\/b><\/h4>
      1. The Services provided by the Service Provider are subject to a fee.<\/span><\/li>
      2. The Client may access the Psychological Services and other Services upon payment of the applicable fee in accordance with the Price List.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Detailed information about the Services is available on the Website <\/span>www.psycholog-paturalski.com<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      4. Psychological Services are always provided by a qualified Psychologist.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        IV. Form of Provision of Psychological Services<\/b><\/h4>
        1. Psychological Services are provided in the form of an in-person session at the Psychologist\u2019s office at the following address: Bahnhofstra\u00dfe 7, 48455 Bad Bentheim.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          V. Conclusion of the Psychological Contract<\/b><\/h4>
          1. The client contacts the Service Provider by phone (including via WhatsApp or Messenger) or by email.<\/span><\/li>
          2. The psychological contract is concluded when the client selects an appointment and submits the completed form<\/span><\/li>
          3. The conclusion of the Psychological Contract signifies the Client\u2019s consent to the provision of Services.<\/span><\/li>
          4. The session typically lasts 50 minutes.<\/span><\/li>
          5. The Client is obliged to attend punctually; any delay will shorten the duration of the session.<\/span><\/li>
          6. The Psychologist waits for the Client for 15 minutes; in case of absence, the session may be terminated.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            VI. Attendance Certificate<\/b><\/h4>
            1. Attendance Certificates are issued at the Client\u2019s request in accordance with the actual facts.<\/span><\/li>
            2. The Client may choose the language in which the Attendance Certificate is issued: Polish, German, or English.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

              VII. Fees<\/b><\/h4>
              1. Payment is accepted in cash or by card.<\/span><\/li>
              2. The fee must be paid no later than on the day of the session.<\/span><\/li>
              3. In the event of non-payment, a payment reminder (Mahnung) shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 286 of the German Civil Code (BGB).<\/li>
              4. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to schedule further appointments until all outstanding payments have been settled.<\/li>
