My name is Marta Paturalski. I am a psychologist offering psychological consultations for Polish-speaking adults in Bad Bentheim.<\/strong><\/p>

Since 2015, my life has been closely connected with migration and the experience of living outside Poland. This means I understand life abroad from both a personal and professional perspective. I know that it can be a time of new opportunities, personal growth and finding your own path, but it can also bring change, uncertainty, overwhelm or the challenge of finding your place in a new reality.<\/p>

How do I work?<\/h5>

My work is based on the Solution-Focused Approach (SFA) <\/strong>, which has its roots in the systemic tradition and whose effectiveness is supported by scientific research.<\/p>

At the same time, I work eclectically and individually<\/strong>, drawing on different approaches and perspectives. A relational and experiential way of working is particularly important to me.<\/strong>Approaches such as Gestalt <\/strong>and Internal Family Systems (IFS)<\/strong> therefore play an important role in how I understand people and in my psychological work.<\/p>

The starting point is always you, your story, your current situation, your needs, your resources and what matters to you personally<\/strong>.<\/p>
