Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Private Payment – I do not cooperate with public health insurance providers (e.g., AOK, TK, Barmer, DAK).
- Payment is accepted in cash or card on the day of the appointment.
- Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- If an appointment is canceled is canceled less than 24 hours in advance a fee of 50% of the session price will be charged.
- When booking a session, the client acknowledges that hat they have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
