- Psychological consultations are a self-pay service and are not billed directly to statutory health insurance (GKV).
- Payment is made in cash or by card on the day of the appointment.
- Please notify me of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the consultation price will be charged.
- By booking a consultation, the client confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
