Terms and Conditions of Psychological Services

I. General Provisions

  1. This regulation serves as a model agreement between the Service Provider and the Client, unless the parties agree in writing to modify certain provisions.
  2. Any statements submitted by the parties should be in a form that ensures they can be properly reviewed (e.g., email, online messenger), unless the parties decide otherwise.
  3. Only individuals with full legal capacity are eligible to use the psychological services.
II. Definitions 

Where the regulations refer to:

  1. Email address – the electronic mail address given by the Client in the registration form for communication between the Client and the Service Provider.
  2. Form – means the registration form required for the Client to access the services and psychological support safely and correctly.
  3. Client – refers to any individual, legal entity, or organizational unit recognized by law as having legal capacity, who uses the services offered by the Service Provider.
  4. Psychological Contract – means an agreement for the provision of psychological services concluded between the Client and the Service Provider.
  5. Psychologist – refers to an individual qualified to practice the profession of psychologist, holding a master’s degree in psychology.
  6. Regulations – refers to the Regulations for the Provision of Psychological Services as of October 3, 2025.
  7. Service – refers to the website https://psycholog-paturalski.com.
  8. Service – refers to any services provided by the Service Provider within the Website, which do not constitute a Psychological Service.
  9. Psychological Service – refers to psychological services provided by the Service Provider within the Website, subject to the principles of the Polish Code of Professional Ethics for Psychologists.
  10. Service Provider – refers to the entity providing the Services and Psychological Services in accordance with the applicable Polish and German law.

III. Services

  1. The Services provided by the Service Provider are subject to a fee.
  2. The Client may access the Psychological Services and other Services upon payment of the applicable fee in accordance with the Price List.
  3. Detailed information about the Services is available on the Website www.psycholog-paturalski.com
  4. Psychological Services are always provided by a qualified Psychologist.

IV. Form of Provision of Psychological Services

  1. Psychological Services are provided in the form of an in-person session at the Psychologist’s office at the following address: Bahnhofstraße 7, 48455 Bad Bentheim.

V. Conclusion of the Psychological Contract

  1. The client contacts the Service Provider by phone (including via WhatsApp or Messenger) or by email.
  2. The psychological contract is concluded when the client selects an appointment and submits the completed form
  3. The conclusion of the Psychological Contract signifies the Client’s consent to the provision of Services.
  4. The session typically lasts 50 minutes.
  5. The Client is obliged to attend punctually; any delay will shorten the duration of the session.
  6. The Psychologist waits for the Client for 15 minutes; in case of absence, the session may be terminated.

VI. Attendance Certificate

  1. Attendance Certificates are issued at the Client’s request in accordance with the actual facts.
  2. The Client may choose the language in which the Attendance Certificate is issued: Polish, German, or English.

VII. Fees

  1. Payment is accepted in cash or by card.
  2. The fee must be paid no later than on the day of the session.
  3. In the event of non-payment, a payment reminder (Mahnung) shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 286 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
  4. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to schedule further appointments until all outstanding payments have been settled.

VIII. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Service Provider:

  • Provides services in accordance with the Psychological Contract and the Terms and Conditions.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of information concerning the Client.
  • May withdraw from the Psychological Contract or cease the provision of Services in the event of improper conduct by the Client.

Client:

  • Has the right to access Services in accordance with the Psychological Contract.
  • May withdraw from the Psychological Contract and reschedule appointments (at least 24 hours before the session).
  • In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the session, a fee of 50% of the session price shall be charged.

IX. Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. Either party may withdraw from the Contract by submitting a statement in a manner that allows the other party to review it at least 24 hours before the session.
  2. The statement may be submitted in writing or by email to the following address: martapaturalski@gmail.com .

X. Final Provisions

  1. The Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the Website and constitute an integral part of the Psychological Contract.
