2. What data is processed?

Depending on how you contact me and use the services offered, the following personal data may be processed: first and last name, email address, telephone number, if provided, and address.

The data is processed for the purposes of communication and the organisation and provision of psychological consultations.

The legal basis for the processing includes, in particular, Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

The registration form does not require detailed information concerning health, diagnoses or treatment. If the client voluntarily provides such information, it may constitute special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR and will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

3. Confidentiality

Personal data and information obtained in connection with consultations are treated as confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

When using the website, technical data, in particular the IP address, may be processed to the extent necessary to ensure the proper and secure operation of the website.

5. Google Forms and Gmail

Google services, in particular Google Forms and Gmail, are used for the registration form and email communication.

Data submitted through the form or by email is processed within these services in accordance with the data protection rules applicable to them.

6. Google Maps

Google Maps is used on the website to display the location of the practice. When using the map, technical data, in particular the IP address, may be processed.

I do not use Google Analytics or tools for user profiling.

7. Data retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and for any additional period required by applicable law.

Documents relating to billing and tax obligations are retained for the periods required by law.

8. Rights of the data subject

Within the scope provided by the GDPR, the client has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and, where provided by law, to object to the processing of personal data.

Where processing is based on consent, the client has the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

The client also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

9. Provision of personal data

Providing the data necessary for the organisation and provision of the consultation is required in order to provide the service. Providing any additional data is voluntary.

10. Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the way personal data is processed changes or if the applicable legal requirements change.
