About me

Let’s get to know each other.

My name is Marta Paturalski.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Psychotherapy from the School of Management in Warsaw, and a Master’s degree in Management – Business Law from the Helena Chodkowska University of Technology and Economics in Warsaw. I am also a graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where I studied International Relations. Additionally, I completed postgraduate studies in Psychotraumatology at the University of Business and Applied Sciences “Varsovia” in Warsaw.

I gained my psychological experience at the Widzących Więcej Association as well as in the following private practices: Przystań Psychologiczna and Semko Lipiec Psychological Practice.

I currently run a private practice in Bad Bentheim, offering psychological support to adults.

I am particularly passionate about the philosophy of SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), which guides my work with clients.

During our sessions, we focus primarily on the present and the future. The past is only explored when it is useful to examine moments when the problem did not occur or to identify coping strategies that have worked before. Together, we build a picture of the preferred future and search for effective solutions.

I have completed Level I training in the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach at the Center for SFBT in Warsaw and am currently advancing to Level II.

I am a member of the Polish Association of Solution-Focused Therapy Practitioners (PSTTSR). Pracuję zgodnie z wymogami stawianymi przez Polskie Towarzystwo Psychologiczne i Kodeks Etyczny PSTTSR, a swoją pracę poddaję superwizji.

I regularly enhance my professional knowledge by attending various trainings, workshops, and courses.

Privately, I am a wife and mother to a two-year-old.
