A consultation is recommended if you want to organize an important personal issue, need short-term support, or are considering what type of help would be most suitable for you.

Following the consultation, I may recommend other forms of support tailored to your individual needs.

After the consultation, it is possible to continue short-term sessions, with the number of sessions adjusted to suit your individual needs and pace.
